Is this you?
Facing decisions that require more than standard advice.
You have a unique life story. That is why we prioritize listening to and understanding you above all. Your financial situation involves moving parts that require coordination, not just investment management.
Women Navigating Major Life Transitions
Your financial picture just changed dramatically. You need someone who can coordinate with your attorney and CPA while helping you make clear-headed decisions about what comes next.
Professionals Seeking Strategic Coordination
Your CPA handles taxes and your attorney manages legal documents, but no one is connecting the dots. You need someone to coordinate across all areas and think several years ahead.
Executives with Complex Compensation
You are managing equity, vesting schedules, and concentration risk alongside your regular compensation. You need help making decisions about when to exercise, diversify, and minimize tax impact.
Business Owners Planning Their Exit
You have built something valuable and now face questions about timing, taxes, and life after the sale. You need guidance that connects business transition strategy with your personal financial goals.
Why Work With Us
Depth over scale.
We work with a select number of families facing complex financial situations that require coordinated planning across multiple areas. Our team holds specialized credentials—CFA, CPWA, CDFA, and CEPA—and we collaborate with your CPA, estate attorney, and other professionals to connect the various parts of your financial life. We limit our client relationships intentionally because depth of service matters more to us than volume.
Frequently Asked Questions
What clients want to know before we meet.
Answers to questions we hear frequently from prospective clients exploring whether our approach aligns with their needs.
What types of clients do you typically work with?
We primarily serve individuals and families with substantial wealth, including business owners, executives, professionals, and those navigating significant life transitions such as divorce, business sales, or inheritances. While many of our clients have accumulated net worths of eight or nine figures, our focus is less on a specific asset range and more on working with clients who value thoughtful, comprehensive advice and a highly personalized planning relationship.
How do you charge for your services?
Our fees are designed to align with the scope and complexity of the services we provide. For most clients, we charge a traditional advisory fee based on assets under management, which covers ongoing investment management, planning, and advice.
We also offer alternative arrangements when appropriate. For clients seeking stand-alone planning, consulting, or a second opinion on an existing strategy without transferring investment accounts, we can structure engagements on an hourly or flat-fee basis. These flexible options allow us to be compensated for the value of our advice while minimizing potential conflicts of interest and ensuring that clients engage us in the manner that best fits their needs.
What makes your approach different from larger firms?
We intentionally limit the number of families we serve to provide the level of attention and customization that exceptional wealth requires. This allows us to maintain deep knowledge of each client’s situation and provide more responsive service than advisors managing hundreds of relationships.
Do you have any conflicts of interest in your recommendations?
We maintain independence in our investment recommendations and work with multiple custodians to provide access to diverse investment opportunities. We do not receive commissions on product sales. Our compensation comes from advisory fees paid by clients, which we disclose transparently.
How often will we meet and communicate?
Most clients meet with us at least twice per year for comprehensive reviews, with additional meetings scheduled as needed for major life events or financial decisions. Between meetings, we are accessible via phone and email to address questions or concerns as they arise.
Can you work with my existing CPA and attorney?
Collaboration with your other trusted advisors is an essential part of our process. We regularly coordinate with CPAs, estate attorneys, and other professionals to help ensure all aspects of your financial life work together effectively.
What credentials do your advisors hold?
Our team members hold advanced professional designations including Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA), Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA), and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), along with multiple master’s degrees.
What is involved in moving my accounts to work with you?
We handle most of the paperwork and coordination required to transfer accounts. The process typically involves signing transfer forms, after which we work with your current custodian to move assets. Most transfers complete within 2-4 weeks, though timing can vary based on account types and institutions involved.
